Binance is considering expanding its stock trading offerings to include equities from Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, and Brazil. Co-CEO Richard Teng stated that the platform is exploring providing users with access to the top 10 companies in each of these four markets to diversify its trading ecosystem.
The exchange currently offers direct trading for over 7,000 US stocks and ETFs for international users, a service launched in June 2026. Simultaneously, the company introduced bStocks, which provides tokenized equities and ETFs on the BNB Chain, allowing for trading outside of traditional market hours.
As of September 2026, the global on-chain value of tokenized stocks exceeded $3 billion, with the BNB Chain accounting for approximately $1 billion across 1.8 million holders. In the previous year, Binance recorded a total trading volume of $34 trillion for its 300 million users.
Teng noted that no confirmed plans for the new markets exist yet, as the initiative remains in the consideration phase. The company aims to integrate tokenized assets with decentralized finance tools, enabling features such as using tokenized shares as collateral for on-chain lending.
