Binance has completed a dividend distribution for QQQB, a tokenized version of the Invesco QQQ Trust ETF. Eligible holders received a net $0.75 per underlying share. The payout was automatically reinvested into additional QQQB tokens rather than being distributed as cash or stablecoins.
The distribution occurred between September 21 and September 22, 2026. Eligibility was determined by a snapshot taken on September 21 at 00:00 UTC. During this period, Binance temporarily suspended deposits, withdrawals, and 1:1 conversions for the token, though spot trading remained active.
QQQB is a BEP-20 token on the BNB Smart Chain, collateralized by shares held at a US-regulated broker-dealer. The exchange also processed dividends for other bStocks tokens, including SPYB at $1.88 per share and GOOGLB at $0.22 per share.
The bStocks program enables users to trade tokenized US equities and ETFs on the Binance spot market. These tokens operate on the BNB Smart Chain and are designed to mirror the economic performance of their underlying assets, including corporate actions like dividend payments.
