BFT-Holding has introduced a new software module designed to automate the process of creating and justifying budget allocations (OBAS) for regional authorities. The solution replaces manual operations and fragmented files with a unified digital workflow.

The module supports version control across planning stages, electronic signatures, and data consolidation from subordinate institutions. Its architecture enables the reuse of input data for budget requests and financial plans without manual re-entry.

The system is compatible with existing regional budget planning software, including BFT's own ATSK-Planirovanie and third-party solutions. This integration allows regions to automate processes without replacing their current infrastructure.

Data generated by the module can be analyzed using the Polymatica platform, which is part of the BFT-Holding portfolio. This allows financial authorities to perform detailed analysis of cost structures and natural indicators to support management decisions.
