The system is designed to provide a unified space for long-term document storage, enabling search, viewing, and integration with other information systems. This approach allows users to centralize the centralized management of growing volumes of electronic documents for use in various digital processes.

The company has integrated SeaweedFS, an open-source distributed storage system, as a new alternative to the existing object storage technology. This decision follows a change in the development approach for MinIO Community Edition in 2025, which stopped releasing new functional capabilities and shifted to publishing only source code for self-compilation.

The system can now utilize various storage options, including S3-compatible systems like MinIO and SeaweedFS, as well as software-hardware complexes based on S3 object storage technology, and distributed file storage via NFS (Network File System).
