The updated Belgee X50 compact crossover has begun arriving at Russian dealerships, with initial units spotted in Saint Petersburg. While an official sales launch date remains unannounced, the vehicle is priced at 2.2 ₽ million. This model serves as a more affordable alternative to the Belgee X50+, costing 120 ₽ thousand less than the base version of the older model.

The new X50 features a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine producing 122 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. This replaces the turbocharged engine found in the X50+ variant. The vehicle is offered exclusively in the Active trim level, which includes four airbags, air conditioning, cruise control, a rearview camera, rear parking sensors, and a light sensor.

Interior equipment features an 8-inch multimedia screen, a four-speaker audio system, and an analog instrument cluster with a 3.5-inch display. The package also includes a winter comfort set, providing heating for the front seats, steering wheel, wiper rest area, and washer nozzles. The model is expected to compete with entry-level offerings from Haval and Tenet.

Dealer representative Alexander Shaprinsky estimates that the new Belgee X50 could account for approximately 15% of the brand's total sales in Russia during the initial period. Projections suggest that this market share may eventually increase to a range of 20–25% as the model gains traction in the local automotive market.
