The sedan is currently available for pre-order in three configurations, with prices ranging from ¥119 900 ($17 600) to ¥139 900 ($20 600). The vehicle was developed by the Hyundai China Design Centre specifically for the local market, with future plans to export its design concepts globally.
The Ioniq V measures 4 900 mm in length, 1 890 mm in width, and 1 470 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2 900 mm. The exterior features a fastback silhouette, frameless doors, and eight color options. Inside, the cabin is equipped with a 27-inch 4K screen powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip, integrating AI models from Baidu and ByteDance, alongside a Cyber Eye head-up display.
The powertrain consists of a single-motor setup with outputs of 140 kW or 168 kW. Customers can choose between 53.5 kWh and 66.8 kWh LFP batteries supplied by CATL. These configurations provide four CLTC-rated ranges between 520 km and 650 km. For driver assistance, the vehicle utilizes the Momenta system, which supports high-speed navigation on pilot.
