Basalt SPO has launched a new research laboratory at the IT.Moscow college. The facility focuses on training students specializing in network and system administration to work with the Russian Alt operating system. A second laboratory dedicated to information security is planned for the near future.
The college also inaugurated new laboratories for EcoRouter and Cyberprotect, integrating Russian vendor solutions into a unified educational environment. Students will utilize training programs developed in collaboration with Basalt SPO experts. Additionally, the company will provide certification training for college faculty members.
The partnership between Basalt SPO and the college includes internships for teachers and career guidance events for Moscow students. This initiative is part of the college's business-oriented training methodology, which incorporates projects from industry partners to provide students with hands-on experience.
Basalt SPO has been collaborating with educational institutions for over 20 years. The new facility at IT.Moscow marks the sixteenth laboratory established by the company across Russia.
