Bank Saint Petersburg has updated its mobile application, BSPB.Business, to allow small and medium-sized enterprises to request bank guarantees directly from their smartphones. The new functionality is located within the Products and Services section under the Credits tab.
Once a client submits an application, it is automatically sent for review. Users can monitor the status of their request, upload additional documentation if required, and receive final decisions through the app. The bank also offers free push notifications to keep clients updated on their application status.
The bank issues these guarantees under its Standard-Guarantee product, which covers bid security and contract performance obligations in accordance with current legislation. According to Dmitry Tumansky, Director of the Corporate Business Products Department, this digital service aims to reduce reliance on physical branch hours.
