Banana Pi has introduced the BPI-CM7 core board, which is built on the Allwinner H618 chipset. The hardware features four Arm Cortex-A53 CPU cores and an Arm Mali-G31 GPU to handle processing tasks.
The board comes equipped with 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB of eMMC flash storage. It also includes a Kertong K019 module, based on the Infineon CYW43455 chip, providing dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, alongside 256B of EEPROM.
Measuring 55mm by 40mm, the module utilizes two 100-pin connectors on the bottom for expansion. These allow for various I/O interfaces, including HDMI, 100MbE, one USB 2.0 OTG port, three USB 2.0 Host ports, and a microSD card slot.
