Bambu Lab has reduced the price of its P1S 3D printer to $349 as part of a seasonal promotion. The device is designed for both beginners and experienced users, arriving semi-assembled and requiring approximately 15 minutes for initial setup.

The P1S features a fully enclosed printing area with a build volume of 256 x 256 x 256 mm. It supports high-temperature filament printing and includes a textured PEI spring steel sheet for easier removal of finished objects.

Technical specifications include a maximum acceleration limit of 20 000 mm/s squared and a standard 0.4 mm nozzle with a direct drive extruder. The printer is equipped with an LCD screen, a control panel, and a built-in camera for time-lapse recording.

Connectivity options for the device include WiFi, Bluetooth, and a microSD card slot. Users can also expand the system by adding a multicolor AMS filament unit. The newer P2S model remains available at a price point of approximately $549.
