AvtoVAZ president Maxim Sokolov reported that the average price of a Lada vehicle is approximately 1.5 ₽ million. In contrast, the average cost of a new car in the Russian market has reached or exceeded 3.5 ₽ million, making Lada models roughly 2.3 times more affordable than the market average.
The company's pricing structure is influenced by the Lada Granta, which typically sells for under 1 ₽ million. Meanwhile, higher-end models like the Lada Vesta and Aura have an average transaction price exceeding 2 ₽ million, according to the manufacturer's data.
Sokolov noted that Lada price increases have lagged behind general inflation rates in the Russian economy. For 2026–2027, the company aims to continue controlling price growth while simultaneously expanding its model lineup and improving the quality of components used in production.
To maintain sales momentum, AvtoVAZ continues to offer various discount programs. The company has extended special offers and direct discounts on select 2024 and 2025 models, specifically covering the Largus, Aura, Vesta CNG, as well as commercial versions of the Granta and Niva.
