According to Avito Auto, demand for new electric vehicles and hybrids in Russia increased by 19.7% in the summer of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025. The average price for such vehicles reached 7 ₽ million.
Voyah and Geely led the market growth, with demand for their vehicles increasing by approximately 2.6 times. GAC and Evolute also saw significant interest, with growth rates of 36% and 17% respectively.
The most popular models included the Evolute i-Space at 3.7 ₽ million, Geely EX5 at 4 ₽ million, and Voyah Free at 6.7 ₽ million. Other top models like Zeekr 9X reached an average price of 12.8 ₽ million.
Regional demand surged notably in the Southern Federal District, which saw a 57.2% increase. Among individual regions, the Tver Region recorded the highest growth at 193.8%, followed by the Volgograd Region at 148.5%.
Plug-in hybrids remain a key trend in the market. Geely EX5 EM-i, Geely EX5, and Voyah Free currently account for the largest shares of listings on the platform, according to Artem Khomutinnikov from Avito.
