The AvengerDAO Security Marketplace, operating on the BNB Chain, has increased its list of vetted security firms from 11 to 17. The platform, which launched on August 12, 2026, allows developers to connect directly with auditors without the need for prior applications.
In addition to the marketplace expansion, AvengerDAO has introduced the BNB-SS security standard. This framework is based on five pillars, including governance and oracle integrations, to help protect protocols from exploits and scams.
The marketplace also provides support for bug bounty programs, enabling external researchers to identify vulnerabilities. AvengerDAO was originally established on September 20, 2022, as part of a broader initiative to enhance ecosystem safety.
Data indicates a consistent decline in security losses on the BNB Chain over the past three years. Losses fell by 85% in 2023, 69% in 2024, and 56% in 2025, reflecting a downward trend in security-related incidents.
