Auto.ru has integrated photos of vehicle damage into its history reports, becoming the first service in Russia to offer such visual data. The images are sourced from Audatex, an international company that has maintained its database for over 20 years.
The new feature is located within the insurance cases section of the report. In addition to photos, users can view the date of the incident, a list of damaged parts, the estimated repair costs, and the actual insurance payout amounts.
The photos provide visual context for the damage, helping buyers distinguish between minor cosmetic issues and major structural repairs. This data is exclusive to Auto.ru users through their partnership with Audatex.
The database currently contains hundreds of thousands of images, with new entries added daily following vehicle inspections. The feature is now available in test mode for all users on the Auto.ru website and mobile application.
