In September 2026, users of the Atrax logistics platform generated and submitted 22,930 electronic transport documents. This volume was achieved during the first month of the platform's operation with electronic transport waybills (ETrN).
The document breakdown for the month includes 9,000 electronic transport waybills, 8,000 electronic order requests, and 5,900 freight forwarder instructions. These figures highlight the initial adoption rate of the digital logistics system.
Atrax director Dmitry Madley noted that primary challenges stem from complex transport schemes and coordination between multiple participants. Issues often arise when documents must be exchanged between different electronic document management operators.
Technical difficulties reported by users include errors in mandatory fields and synchronization failures where documents fail to appear for specific participants. Additionally, operational hurdles occur due to poor internet connectivity at loading sites or lack of system access for contractors.
