Svyatoslav Vilde, the founder of the logistics platform ATI.SU, has acquired a 10% stake in CargoTech. The company focuses on developing a digital platform for road freight transportation, aiming to integrate cargo search, financial tools, and AI-driven services into a single application.

CargoTech was established by Yakov Glushchenko, who continues to lead the product development. The ownership structure also includes Mikhail Belousov, the founder of the Marshal Group. Marshal Group is actively involved in the platform's development and its expansion across the logistics market.

The partnership brings together diverse industry expertise. Glushchenko provides leadership in platform development, Belousov contributes experience in freight forwarding and logistics, while Vilde brings his long-term background in building digital infrastructure for the freight sector.

The deal is aimed at scaling CargoTech as an independent digital platform for participants in the road freight market. The company intends to offer a comprehensive ecosystem that connects shippers directly with carriers, providing them with necessary tools to manage their logistics operations.
