Asus has launched the ROG GR120-1C controller, a device designed to manage cooling systems. The hub measures 80.4 by 80.4 by 16.5 millimeters and features a magnetic mount for easy installation inside a computer case. In the Chinese market, the device is priced at ¥129.
The controller includes four ports for fan connection and supports a total of up to 14 fans. Power is supplied via two SATA connectors, and the unit is equipped with a built-in fuse to protect against overcurrent. A USB 2.0 interface is provided for system connectivity and control.
Users can configure the hub through the proprietary Armoury Crate software. This interface allows for fan speed adjustment and customization of lighting effects. The controller also enables synchronization of RGB lighting across compatible devices to maintain a unified aesthetic for the build.
