Asus has expanded its ROG Swift 25 series with the new XG259QNGR monitor, which is now available for purchase at a starting price of ¥1999. This model features integrated Aura Sync lighting, distinguishing it from the previously released XG259QNSR and its white variant, XG259QNSR-W, which launched in August at prices of ¥1699 and ¥1799 respectively.
The monitor is equipped with a 24.5-inch Fast IPS panel offering a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and a 420Hz refresh rate. It delivers a 0.3ms GTG response time and a peak brightness of 400 cd/㎡, holding VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. The display supports both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium technologies to minimize motion blur.
The device covers 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and undergoes factory pre-calibration. Connectivity options include one DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.1 TMDS ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB hub providing two 5Gbps Type-A ports. The stand features an integrated phone holder with charging capabilities and supports full ergonomic adjustments, including height, tilt, and swivel.
