Astra Group has released version 1.1 of Astra Migration, a tool designed to automate the transition from Windows to the Astra Linux operating system. The update introduces a library of operations that allows administrators to create, clone, and edit custom scripts for different migration stages, significantly accelerating the deployment process compared to manual methods.

The new release features enhanced installer settings, enabling the pre-configuration of system language, components, administrator data, and installation sources. Administrators can now select disk partitioning profiles from standard templates and automate inventory processes, generating four types of CSV reports covering hardware, disk layouts, installed software, and user data.

Management capabilities have been expanded with new filtering and sorting options for device fleets and migration waves. The tool now supports simultaneous deployment across multiple departments and locations, accounting for time zone differences. The interface also provides real-time tracking of available and used operating system licenses.

Astra Migration 1.1 is optimized for the 'Voronezh' security level, which is required for critical information infrastructure (CII) facilities. The product, originally launched in April 2026, supports the simultaneous migration of over 100 workstations, providing a centralized framework for large-scale infrastructure transitions.
