Arkham Intelligence has tracked a significant decline in the holdings of Kelsier Ventures, a firm associated with the LIBRA memecoin. On February 19, 2025, Arkham identified over 1,000 wallets linked to the company and its leader, Hayden Davis, which collectively held nearly $300 million. This balance included approximately $100 million in USDC and SOL, alongside holdings in the LIBRA token.

As of the latest on-chain data, the assets controlled by the Kelsier-linked entity have dropped to approximately $2 million, distributed across about 1,200 addresses. Kelsier Ventures, established in 2021 in Delaware, was managed by Hayden Davis alongside his father, Tom Davis, and brother, Gideon Davis. While marketed as a Web3 venture capital firm, it functioned primarily as a market maker and token launcher.

The LIBRA token, which previously reached a multi-billion-dollar market capitalization, experienced a price collapse of approximately 95% amid accusations of insider trading and liquidity extraction. Following the crash, investors filed a class-action lawsuit against Kelsier Ventures, alleging fraud and violations of the RICO statute.

In October 2026, Judge Jennifer L. Rochon of the Southern District of New York dismissed the lawsuit, rejecting the fraud and RICO claims. While Arkham’s analytics allow for the continued monitoring of the remaining funds, the court ruling highlights the limitations of legal recourse for investors in such cases.
