Arkham Intelligence has updated its API to provide real-time address intelligence updates. New, modified, and updated data now reaches all users within minutes, replacing the previous batch processing system that caused delays.

The platform utilizes the Ultra AI-powered address-matching engine to link blockchain addresses to real-world entities. According to the company, this engine has tracked over $1 trillion in flows and labeled billions of tags.

This update focuses on the intelligence and labeling layer, distinguishing it from the existing WebSocket endpoint that already streamed raw blockchain transfers. The company has been expanding its API capabilities over recent months.

The full Intel API was launched on February 17, 2026. In June, Arkham added Risk Scores as a subscription add-on, which assigns addresses a score from 0 to 100 based on illicit activity exposure. In August, x402 support was introduced for AI agents to pay for API queries.

Arkham operates in a market alongside competitors such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, and TRM Labs. While Chainalysis focuses on government and law enforcement and TRM Labs targets financial institutions, Arkham differentiates itself through a consumer-facing platform and an open intelligence marketplace.
