Arenadata has released version 4.4.0 of its Arenadata Hyperwave (ADH) data platform. The update introduces integration with the StarRocks OLAP engine and support for the Apache Paimon 2.0 table format, aiming to enhance real-time analytics and Streamhouse architecture capabilities.

The platform now features improved SQL performance and expanded security protocols. Integration with the Ranger security plugin, Kerberos support for external catalogs, and user impersonation are now available. Internal traffic is protected by encryption, and the architecture supports deployment in isolated environments.

New computational engine updates include Spark 4 support via Spark Connect and Kyuubi, which now allows parallel version management. The integration with Kyuubi Arrow Flight SQL provides support for ODBC and ADBC protocols. Additionally, Flink 2 now offers native Iceberg table support.

Management and automation tools have been upgraded, including CTE autocomplete in the HUE interface and LDAP authentication for HBase. The Smart Storage Manager (SSM) now features event filtering for replication to optimize network usage. Trino connectors have been updated to support OpenBao for secret management.

The platform is now compatible with Red OS 8.0 and Astra Linux 1.8.6, as well as the Arenadata Monitoring (ADM) 5.0 system. Simultaneously, the Arenadata Platform Security (ADPS) subsystem was updated to support these operating systems and includes vmagent for monitoring integration.
