On October 6, 2026, Paxos launched its USDG stablecoin natively on the Arbitrum One network. The asset is designed to serve as a primary tool for settlement and liquidity within the ecosystem's decentralized finance applications.

The rollout includes integrations with Fluid, Morpho, GMX, and Maple. Kraken provides exchange support for the token, facilitating easier movement of assets on and off the network.

To encourage adoption, approximately 7 million ARB tokens have been allocated as incentives. Additionally, GMX has launched a program for USDG-paired liquidity pools, targeting an annual percentage rate exceeding 8% for the first eight weeks.

USDG is backed 1:1 by US dollar cash and equivalents, with monthly attestations provided by Paxos. The stablecoin operates under the regulatory oversight of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the European Union's MiCA framework.

The token is part of the Global Dollar Network, which includes over 150 partner organizations that share revenue from reserve yields. Current estimates place the circulating supply and market capitalization of USDG between $3.1 billion and $3.5 billion.
