The new Apple TV 4K features the A19 system-on-chip and integrates Siri AI, which provides answers to general queries directly on the screen without interrupting playback. The device includes far-field microphones, allowing users to interact with the assistant without using the remote control. The system can also pull context from a user's iPhone to suggest content mentioned in messages.
The updated remote control now supports the Find My service, enabling users to locate it via sound signals triggered by Siri. Additionally, the device expands home theater capabilities by supporting a four-speaker setup with HomePod second-generation or HomePod mini 2 units, doubling the previous limit of two speakers.
In the United States, the new Apple TV 4K is priced at $300, which is $100 higher than the starting price of the previous version. Pre-orders for the device begin on October 13, 2026, with retail availability scheduled to start on November 13, 2026.
