Apple has released firmware version 4A203 for the upcoming Beats 360 headphones, signaling that the official product launch is approaching. The device has already appeared in various regulatory databases and retailer listings over the past few months.
The headphones feature a design similar to AirPods Max, including an adjustable headband and replaceable ear cushions and headband padding. Users will be able to choose from four colors: black, cloud white, sky blue, and pink.
Technical specifications include active noise cancellation, which is reportedly 1.75 times more effective than the 2023 Beats Studio Pro. The device is also the first Apple over-ear model to feature IPX4 sweat and water resistance.
Additional features include a foldable design, high-fidelity acoustics, and hands-free Siri support. The package will contain replaceable Performance Knit padding and a carrying case, though users must provide their own USB-C cable and power adapter.
While unconfirmed, some retailer listings suggest a price point of $299.99 in the United States. For comparison, the Beats Studio Pro model is currently priced at $349.99.
