Apple has officially launched the Beats 360 over-ear headphones, priced at ¥2,999. The device features a new acoustic architecture with eight microphones for active noise cancellation, which is up to 1.75 times more effective than the Studio Pro model. It also offers a 12-decibel increase in output loudness and supports personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking.

A key design feature of the Beats 360 is its modularity, allowing users to swap ear cushions and headband pads. The headphones are available in four colors: black, cloud white, pink, and sky blue. Sensors inside the device automatically detect the type of cushion installed and adjust acoustic parameters and noise cancellation settings accordingly to ensure consistent sound quality.

The headphones are the first from Beats to achieve an IPX4 sweat and water resistance rating, making them suitable for exercise. The internal design uses independent wireless units in each ear cup, connected by a single power cable, which helps optimize weight distribution. The device weighs slightly less than 300 grams and does not feature a foldable headband.

Battery life is rated at 32 hours with active noise cancellation enabled, and the Fast Fuel feature provides one hour of playback from a five-minute charge. The headphones are compatible with both Apple and Android ecosystems, supporting features like one-touch pairing and device switching. Sales begin on September 24, with pre-orders currently open.
