The Aotos M1 electric scooter features a 550W motor and a 10Ah, 36V battery. It offers a range of 45 km on a single charge and reaches speeds up to 32 km/h, though speed limits vary by region. The device handles inclines of up to 15%.
The scooter includes 8.5-inch puncture-resistant rubber tires and a dual-braking system consisting of a front drum brake and a rear electronic brake. The frame is rated IPX5 for water resistance and features a foldable steering column for storage.
Users can manage the M1 via a Bluetooth-connected mobile app. Functions include locking and unlocking the scooter, monitoring battery levels, checking remaining range, selecting riding modes, and viewing total mileage. Current data is also shown on a handlebar display.
Aotos has not yet disclosed the retail price or the official launch date for the new M1 model.
