AOC has unveiled the AGON PRO AGP257FT, a 24.5-inch gaming monitor featuring a native 1000Hz refresh rate. The device utilizes a Fast IPS panel with a 1920x1080 resolution and supports overclocking up to 1050Hz. It is designed specifically for professional esports and competitive gaming.
The monitor offers a GtG response time of 0.3ms and an MPRT response time of 0.1ms. It includes Motion Blur Reduction Plus technology and hardware-level circular polarization to reduce visual strain. The display is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified and features an ergonomic stand with 150mm height adjustment.
Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 2.1 port, and three USB-A 5Gbps ports, one of which supports BC1.2 fast charging. The package also features a QuickSwitch controller for rapid setting adjustments, a headphone hanger, and integrated Light FX lighting.
AOC plans to launch the AGP257FT in the first quarter of 2027. While pricing for the European market will be announced closer to the release date, the manufacturer has not yet disclosed final pricing for other regions.
