Anthropic has signed a six-year agreement for GPU services with Rum Group, valued at $13.7 billion. The deal focuses on a data center currently under construction in Maysville, Georgia. This contract marks a shift for Rum Group, formerly Rumble Inc., from a video-sharing platform to an AI infrastructure provider.

The agreement includes a 10-year warrant allowing Anthropic to purchase up to 50.81 million Class A shares of Rum Group at an exercise price of $0.01 per share. These warrants are linked to specific GPU purchase milestones, incentivizing Anthropic to maintain the partnership.

Following the disclosure of Anthropic as the customer on September 14, 2026, Rum Group shares rose by 20–28% in premarket trading. The deal value is approximately 340 times the company's Q2 2026 revenue of $40.4 million.

Rum Group gained access to about 22,000 Nvidia Hopper GPUs through its acquisition of Northern Data in June 2026 for $767 million. The new contract represents a portion of Anthropic's broader infrastructure expansion, which has reached approximately $517 billion in total commitments over the past 11 months.
