Angelelli Automobili has unveiled the Tipo 829, a project developed over seven years. The vehicle platform is designed to support three distinct variants, each tailored for specific driving environments. The company emphasizes that these are not mere trim levels, but separate models sharing a common technical foundation.

The first version to enter production is the Terra, which features a 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine producing approximately 500 horsepower. This variant is engineered for mixed-surface performance, drawing inspiration from rally heritage. The project name itself pays tribute to the internal code of the 1970s Lancia Stratos HF.

The remaining two versions in the program include the Strada and the Pista. The Strada is positioned as an Italian GT vehicle optimized for road use and long-distance comfort. Conversely, the Pista is being developed specifically for track performance, featuring dedicated steering and accelerator calibrations, though final specifications remain undisclosed.

The manufacturer plans to produce the Tipo 829 in limited, highly customizable quantities. Each version is presented as a distinct product rather than a standard configuration. While the Terra focuses on traction and rally-style dynamics, the company aims to ensure that all three variants offer unique driving characteristics.
