The Andromeda information and analytical platform has launched a program providing free access to its professional terminal for students and faculty. The initiative targets the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the HSE Faculty of Economic Sciences School of Finance, and the The Experts: School of Finance project.
More than 500 students, including undergraduates, master's, and PhD candidates, as well as recent graduates who earned their degrees no earlier than 2025, are eligible for the program. Participants gain full access to real-time market data, consensus forecasts, and live financial models that refresh every 15 minutes.
The platform includes analytical tools for stocks, bonds, and commodities, alongside the Smart News service for personalized news streams. Unlike educational simulators, this environment allows users to conduct independent financial analysis, build hypotheses, and perform calculations using the same professional-grade data as market participants.
Andromeda began collaborating with universities during its MVP stage in 2025. According to the platform's developers, the goal is to bridge the gap between academic training and professional practice. Students from HSE have already utilized the platform to complete over 40 corporate finance projects focused on Russian companies.
