A dedicated agent, Andonos, monitors progress and provides updates to the user, acting as a central control point for the entire workflow.
Pion provides a suite of business tools, including a secure terminal, email, telephony, browser access, and banking capabilities. The platform has been under internal development at Andon Labs for over a year. It currently powers several company projects, such as vending machines, the Andon Market, a cafe, and radio stations.
Despite the operational scope, Andon Labs reports that projects running on Pion are currently unprofitable as the agents still make errors. The platform is currently available in a preview mode via a waitlist. The company is also offering grants to select teams to encourage testing and further development of the system.
