Amazon has updated its strategy for hardware releases, shifting from large-scale events to individual product launches. The company recently unveiled a new lineup of Echo devices, including smart speakers, displays, and a smart photo frame.
Most of the new hardware is available for purchase immediately. This list includes the Echo Dot, the Echo Studio with Home Camera, the Echo Time alarm clock, and the Alexa Photo Frame.
The Echo Show 16 smart display is the exception to the current release schedule. It is set to launch on December 16th, though customers can place preorders now to receive a discount of $100.
