Users of Amazon Echo smart speakers have reported an unusual technical issue with the Alexa voice assistant. According to reports, the device unexpectedly begins humming 'la la la' for several minutes during normal interactions.
The problem has been documented by multiple users on the Reddit platform over the past few weeks. The glitch affects various models within the Echo product line, causing the assistant to behave as if it has no memory of the previous activity when questioned by owners.
Amazon has officially acknowledged the existence of this bug. A company spokesperson stated that the issue impacts a small number of Alexa Plus users and confirmed that developers are currently working on a fix to resolve the behavior.
