Alipay has introduced updates to its bank card management system. Users can now access the 'My' and 'Bank Card' sections within the application to check the status of their linked cards. The platform now allows users to quickly replace expired cards with new ones or unbind them with a single click.
The service also updated its 'Family Card' feature. Users can now set a 30-day validity period for these cards, in addition to existing monthly, weekly, or daily options. This update enables temporary access, as the card automatically expires once the specified period ends.
Furthermore, Alipay has launched an internal test for a new withdrawal function for Family Cards. Recipients can now request to transfer remaining card limits to their personal Alipay balance. This process requires the card owner to review and approve the transfer request before the funds are moved.
