Logistics operator Alfa Trading Company has implemented the 1C:ERP system to automate its business processes. The project was executed by VC Wizard-S. The company manages over 100,000 square meters of warehouse space across six federal districts, processing 20,000 documents daily.
The new system replaced the outdated 1C:UPP platform, which relied on manual data entry and fragmented information management. The transition enabled the unification of master data and the implementation of a single interface for managing marketplace operations, increasing order processing speed by 10 times.
Financial and operational efficiency has improved significantly. The time required to calculate actual production costs dropped from three days to two hours. Closing the reporting period now takes one day instead of 14, and reconciliation time has been reduced by 70%.
Logistics capabilities were enhanced through automated cross-docking, which is now five times faster. The time to launch new supply chains was reduced to one week. Additionally, the system provides end-to-end tracking for marked goods through integration with the Chestny Znak system.
