Alfa Romeo is set to unveil a new concept vehicle at the Paris Motor Show, with a press conference scheduled for October 12. The manufacturer describes the car as a vision for its future, drawing design inspiration from Italy, sportiness, and the color red. The teaser image suggests a sleek sports car silhouette.

The brand faces significant sales challenges under Stellantis. Data shows that sales dropped by more than half between 2022 and 2025, with a further decline of 45 percent recorded in the first half of 2026. Stellantis currently prioritizes Jeep, Ram, Peugeot, and Fiat as its core brands, relegating Alfa Romeo to a regional or historic status.

Despite the shift in corporate focus, Alfa Romeo continues to work on a new compact crossover to expand its lineup. Plans also include future generations of the Stelvio and Giulia, which are currently being redesigned to accommodate combustion engines. Additionally, the company intends to develop specialty models similar to the 33 Stradale and MCXtrema.
