Aito, a brand developed by Huawei and Seres, officially announced its entry into the European market scheduled for the fall of 2027. The company shared these plans during the 2026 Paris Motor Show, where it presented four SUV models: the Aito 9, 8, 7, and 6. These vehicles correspond to the M-series models currently sold in China.

The brand is currently working on meeting the EU Whole Vehicle Type Approval requirements and aims to achieve a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating under 2026 standards. Aito is also adapting its driver assistance and parking functions to local road conditions and preferences, while building a service network that includes spare parts supply and intelligent diagnostics.

The expansion follows a recent strengthening of the partnership between Huawei and Seres. On September 30, the companies signed a new 5-year agreement and announced the creation of a dedicated team for the Aito business. Seres continues to lead product and service operations, while the brand remains part of the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance.

Prior to the European launch, Aito has been expanding its presence in the Middle East. In February, the company signed a strategic agreement with Performance Plus Motors, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Motors, to manage sales and after-sales services in the UAE. The flagship Aito 9 model is already available for test drives in that region.
