The Russian company AISA IT-Service has unveiled pre-production models of a rugged smartphone and tablet. Both devices are powered by the domestic Hypercom-U K1892VM21Y processor, developed by the ELVIS Research and Production Center, and run on the Aurora operating system.

The smartphone features integrated barcode scanners and operates in temperatures ranging from -20 to 50 degrees Celsius with humidity up to 95 percent. It supports qualified electronic signatures and corporate IT system integration. The devices are rated IP68 for dust and water resistance.

The 10-inch tablet is designed for over five years of service and functions in temperatures from -30 to 60 degrees Celsius. It includes a 5000 mAh battery, Ethernet, RS-232, and USB interfaces. Accessories include a stylus, chest mount, and arm holder for field operations.

Wireless communication modules for the devices were developed by the Russian Research Institute of Microelectronic Equipment Progress. The Aurora OS, which will receive a 5.2.2 update in 2026, enables centralized management of the hardware fleet.

The devices are currently in the pre-production phase, with plans to transition to mass manufacturing for industrial and emergency service clients. AISA IT-Service has not yet disclosed pricing, specific production timelines, or projected delivery volumes.
