The Hungarian software developer FinalWire has officially released version 8.40 of its hardware diagnostic and benchmarking tool, AIDA64. This update focuses on expanding compatibility with current and upcoming AMD hardware platforms.
The new version introduces improved support for AMD Zen 6 microarchitecture EPYC processors, specifically the Verano and Verano-D series. Additionally, the software now includes preliminary support for the upcoming AMD Zen 7 server processors.
AIDA64 v8.40 also adds support for ATKACPI sensors and three new Matrix Orbital LCD monitoring screens: EVE3-29-IPS, EVE3-38-IPS, and EVE4-104. Users can now access detailed GPU information for AMD Radeon RX 9050 graphics cards.
