MTS Link platform users in the Omsk region of Russia reported a a 93% increase in online events compared to the same period last year. The use of artificial intelligence during meetings has increased nearly fivefold.
Residents of the Omsk region used AI secretaries up to three times more often. These virtual assistants are used to answer questions, recall meeting discussions, track decisions, and manage tasks.
The demand for AI-generated meeting summaries sent via email and searching for important details in recordings has grown ninefold. Conversely, the use of video effects such as background blur, masks, avatars, and smart zoom has decreased by 13% year-over-year.
During the summer of 2026, the platform was most actively used by government agencies, higher education institutions, and industrial enterprises.
