Agropromkomplektatsiya has completed the transition to a unified authentication system using the Avanpost FAM platform. The project aims to secure remote access to the company's IT infrastructure for more than 3,500 users, including employees, IT contractors, and third-party partners.
Before the implementation, the company relied on simple login and password combinations, which allowed multiple users to share a single account. The new system enforces multi-factor authentication and restricts each user to only one active session at a time.
The platform secures critical channels such as remote desktops, RA VPN, RDGW, RDWA, and email. Authentication methods currently include push notifications via the Avanpost mobile app and TOTP one-time passwords, with future integration planned for the Maks messenger.
The entire project, from design to deployment, was completed in four months by the internal IT department and Avanpost experts. The migration was performed without disrupting critical business processes or services, utilizing existing IT infrastructure components.
