Adobe reported Q3 FY2026 revenue of $6.76 billion, marking a 13% year-over-year increase. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share reached $6.13, while GAAP earnings per share were $4.62. Operating cash flow for the period totaled $2.52 billion.
The company reported GAAP operating income of $2.35 billion and non-GAAP operating income of $2.97 billion. Annualized recurring revenue reached $27.50 billion, with the total monthly active user base now exceeding 1 billion people.
Following these results, Adobe updated its full-year guidance. The company expects revenue between $26.576 billion and $26.626 billion, with a non-GAAP EPS forecast ranging from $24.45 to $24.50.
Adobe announced a leadership transition effective December 1, 2026. Anil Chakravarthy will assume the roles of President and CEO, while current leader Shantanu Narayen, who has held the position since 2007, will become Executive Chair.
