The Russian international settlement system A7, founded by PSB Bank in 2024, is launching a new service called A7 International on 13 October. The platform allows users to pay foreign invoices using USDT, while the recipient receives funds via a standard SWIFT bank transfer in the required fiat currency. The service targets foreign trade operators and individual customers, charging a fixed fee of 0.3 percent.

A7 currently operates a global payment infrastructure spanning over 100 countries. The company provides services for international payments, digital financial assets, and promissory notes. Its client base includes 15,000 customers, with the system processing approximately 2,000 transactions daily. In 2025, A7 handled about 19 percent of all cross-border trade settlements for Russian companies.

The company maintains a strong financial standing, having received an AA(RU) credit rating with a stable outlook from the rating agency ACRA in October 2025. The official presentation of the new service will be conducted by Petr Fradkov, Chairman of PJSC Bank PSB, and Ilan Shor, CEO of A7, during a live broadcast scheduled for 13 October at 13:13.
