The 2027 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 has officially launched in Australia, featuring the updated interior design previously introduced in the US. Local models are equipped with a 12.7-inch infotainment screen, a 14-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 6.6-inch control display. The cabin layout has been redesigned to remove the button wall, adding a grab handle and a second wireless charger.
All Australian-spec Z06 units come standard with the 3LZ package, which includes Nappa leather bucket seats, a carbon fiber steering wheel, a front lift kit, a head-up display, and a 14-speaker Bose audio system. The vehicle is powered by a 5.5-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine producing 637 hp and 595 Nm of torque, adjusted for local exhaust regulations.
Production of the right-hand drive version at the Bowling Green facility is scheduled to begin in January. The starting price for the model in Australia is set at AUD 299,990. Chevrolet has not yet confirmed if other variants, such as the 6.7-liter Stingray or the Grand Sport models, will be added to the Australian lineup in the future.
